On the 5^th November 2008 - Sala delle Colonne of the Italian Parliament, in Rome - Italy will take place the EAVI International Conference.

The focus of the Conference will be to discuss how European citizens can use the media to participate in public life.

Promoting citizens' active participation is one of the components of media literacy. And within this context the importance of networks and publications on the subject will be addressed.
