Working in a research oriented to the media contribute to social understanding and addressing social inclusion are two of the main lines of action of UNESCO- UNAOC MILID UNITWIN according to Jose Manuel Pérez Tornero, director of the Communication and Education Research Group.

Communication and Education Research Group of Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) will lead 12 projects in 2012. These projects are related with areas as communication, education and intercultural dialogue and will be the central focuses of the work that will made the Research Group. At the same time there will be the beginning of the development of other projects.
